I have only praise for Ron and the entire Choice One team. My refinance situation was not an easy one having one road block after another. Ron had to work with what I had which included a bankruptcy, divorce and periods of unemployment. As if those weren't enough to make anyone run in the other direction, we had a very strict time frame as well. Ron never gave up on the process and presented a calm "we got this" attitude throughout. When I didn't understand, he took the time to explain things in layman's terms without making me feel inept. The Choice One team was constantly available to me and responded to each and every call, text and email sent in a prompt professional manner. At no point did I feel cast aside or left in the dark regarding the status of my process. In fact, I felt (often times) like I was their most important client.
